British Artist Gary Bunt

I am RAVING about this artist. I needed some imagery and ideas for a social media project that celebrates the arrival of the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, Michael Curry, to Pittsburgh for a series of events that are part of what he is calling the Jesus Movement. Movement, for me, triggers ideas of walking. So I needed some ideas for my imagery and a Google search yielded the art of Gary Bunt. I am so entertained by his depiction of scriptural scenes in a contemporary rural British context. Love his take on the nativity in The Angels and Shepherds. There's so much whimsy and humor.
