Training Teens for VBS

Training for VBS is necessary for everybody - not just teens - who volunteers to help. Here are some VBS training suggestions I wrote for Building Faith. The only thing I would add is that if something goes "off script," even if the volunteer handles the situation well - they still need to tell me about it because I'm the one who will get the phone call that night. It helps if I'm not blindsided.
